Pearlescent masterbatch

This product uses low-density polyethylene as the carrier and is refined with high-quality pearlescent pigments imported from Germany, such as Merck. It has the characteristics of bright color, good dispersibility, non-toxic, high temperature resistance, sun resistance, and no migration. The product meets the European EN71 non-toxic standard. Suitable for production processes such as film blowing, injection molding, and hollow products. Customers can add different pigments or masterbatches according to their needs to create a pearl like effect of different colors such as seashells and silks.

Special instructions

Please do not mix with titanium dioxide, inorganic pigments, etc., nor should it be used for dyeing opaque plastics, as it may affect the pearlescence effect.

Reference Scale

The addition amount is 2% -5%, and users can customize according to their color requirements.
